Old Fashioned (bare rooted)
Chapeau de Napoleon is a delightful rose in clear pink, which looks almost heavy and nod on the bush. It is a strong, nicely arching bushy plant that flowers once during the season. Its little buds are reminiscent of the famous tricorn hat that Napoleon used to wear.
Bred in France in 1826.
