Bare rooted roses will be dispatched from July to all September, starting from the first orders received.
Our digging season normally starts in June, but every step in the production process depends on weather conditions too, so it’s really difficult for us to say when exactly your order will be posted.
If you need your roses to be posted in a particular time frame or by a certain date – always in winter time though – just write us a note when you place your order and we’ll do our best to attend your request.
When your order will be processed and posted you’ll receive an email from Australia Post and from us and you’ll be able to track your order on the way to your address.
Our Potted bush roses will be available from Spring to Autumn and dispatched a few days after we receive your order.
Orders to WA and TAS
From now on, we won't be able to post our roses - potted AND bare rooted - to WA and TAS anymore.
The Quarantine Certification and related costs have made it difficult to these areas.
How to order 120cm/4ft Standards

Delivery prices for bare rooted roses will be calculated online and you'll be given two options: standard Parcel Post and Express Post (which we suggest in this period).
Free Delivery for bare root roses' orders over $800 (bare root roses only).
Delivery prices for potted roses will be calculated online and only Express Post option will be offered, to avoid delays that could damage the plant.
Each potted rose purchased will be shipped individually in a box and have its own postage cost. We are unable to ship potted roses to WA and TAS.
How long our roses can stay in the box
Our bare rooted plants will be wrapped in wet paper and in plastic before being put in a box and posted. Your roses will perfectly safe in their box for 3-4 weeks. The packaging will help your roses to maintain moisture inside the box for many days without any problem. Once you received your plants, we recommend you to leave them in a bucket of water for 24 hours before planting them.
Should you wish to delay your planting, you are welcome to open your box to see your roses. But afterwards, please ensure the paper it kept damp (not dripping wet) and that the plastic is well sealed again. Close the box and keep it in a cool and dark area until you are ready to plant.
