Soaring Spirits was named to honour the victims of 9-11 in the USA and contribute towards the ‘Remember Me’ garden fund.

This climber produces huge, showy clusters of ever-changing pastel pink, yellow and cream hues. Glossy, bright green foliage and nearly lime-green new growth sets this vigorous climber apart from any other rose.
