Old Fashioned (bare rooted)
A rose cultivar with large pink flowers, bred in France in 1867. La France is generally considered to be the first hybrid tea rose in the world. It blooms in flushes throughout the season.
Bred by Jean-Baptiste André (fils) Guillot (1827-1893) (France, 1867).
Introduced in Australia by George Brunning - St. Kilda Nurseries in 1873 as 'La France'.
